With the increase in the time we spend sitting in front of the computer or TV, you've probably heard the phrase, "Sitting is the new smoking."
While we can't technically compare the two, research shows that sitting for extended periods does lead to numerous health issues. One of the side effects can be lower back pain, especially for those that may already be prone to a sore back due to posture.
If you are someone who sits for prolonged periods, you may have a posture issue that needs correcting, lower back pain, or tight hips. The workout below will help address these issues and strengthen the muscles to help you correct this.
Try to do this workout Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday this week, and then see how you feel!
