• Four Weekly Sessions: Schedule four 30-minute sessions each week, conducted via Zoom for your convenience at home.

• Progress Tracking: Your improvements will be tracked in your profile so you can easily monitor your progress over time.

 

Flexible Commitment

 

• Three-Month Package: Each package covers three months, providing enough time to see meaningful results and build strong habits.

• Choice of Continuation: After three months, you can choose to continue with private coaching or transition to self-paced workouts, using resources from the Balance Mastery Membership program.
